Outgoing Email Problem 554 Error

Hi All,

I am new here and i start this discussion because after i made some research i have not find a solution.

I have a VPS Cloud with ubuntu and last version of Plesk.

I think is configured correctly but in the same time i have problem with the outgoing mail when i try to send a email via windows live mail.

The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for '[email protected]', please contact your email service provider.

Server Error: 554
Server Response: 554 5.7.1 <unknown[188.26.241.0]>: Client host rejected: Access denied
Server: 'servername.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC79
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
Secure(SSL): Yes

After this, using this tool: mxtoolbox.com i have this error
SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner which i don't know if is the problem for my email issue.

Any help will be appreciate.
