Have an odd issue on a Windows 2008 R2 installation with Parallels Plesk 11.5. The licence management shows that the customer has '100' web presence sites and the subscriptions show unlimited web presence sites yet the button is not visible under any subscriptions. I've followed a number of KB's and also attempted a 'repair' of sitebuilder via the "C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\SITEBUILDER-WIN_11.5.10\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\sitebuilder.msi" installer. I can also confirm that as per add/remove components it is also installed. Before I raise a support case I wanted to check whether I was missing something obvious here.
