PHP errors missing (switched off) from log

Hello All,

We recently had someone work on one of our boxes running Plesk 9.5.4 and they made a change we didn't ask for and is now causing problems. The error log is now no longer displaying any PHP errors under "Log files management for domain" within the control panel on any domain. I can't for the life of me find out where this was edited and how to turn these errors back on.

Has anyone or could anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Does anyone have any idea where I could look?? php.ini does not seem to be where the change has been made.
