Plesk 11.5.30 Failed to Update - Issue with SSL Certificate

I renewed a self signed SSL certificate about a month ago. I have been getting micro updates ever since until this latest update about a week ago. I have created a new certificate and assigned it to all IP's to no avail. Not sure what else to do at this point. Here is the log

It is OS but not Plesk issue. yum or rhn has expired certificate. Look at these articles, for example:
