Plesk 11.5.30 Repository error: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error

netsetter

Basic Pleskian
After upgrade to Plesk 11.5.30 trying to set up FTP-Backup Repository:

Repository error: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Access denied to remote resource

Logging in via normal FTP program works.

I have found the problem, since after the upgrade to #6 the error still happens, I removed the / in the FTP Repository settings:

In Plesk it says:
Directory for backup files storage
For example, /myfolder/mybackups/

I also used to start my subdirectory (worked in Plesk < version 11.5) with the / like it is given in the example. Removing this slash at the beginning fixed this error.

So, please fix this bug or update the example phrase :)

When will this issue be addressed?

Hello!
Thank you for investigation. I reported your problem to developers. It will be fixed soon.

Hi there,
I have the latest update of Parallels Plesk on Windows (11.5.30) and I am still having the same issue.
When is it likely to be resolved?

I can connect from my local FTP client, but not on my server.

Kind regards,
Rhys Stephens
