Plesk and SmarterMail: Webmail sync password

Hi,

Im running Plesk 8.1. with SmarterMail 4.1 Pro.

I noticed that when changing your mailbox password through SmarterMails webmail interface, the password is not updated in Plesk (i.e. I checked the MSSSQL database, and the password had not updated).

This isnt a massive problem, Its just that I plan to implement an application for our support department to manage hosting, email accounts etc and have all login credentials of our clients at there disposal.

I could use the SM web services to get the correct up to date password, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a released patch or has more info on this.

Hello Swsoft developers wrote us a SmarterMail to Plesk Synchronization Utility it works fantastically. Refference Swsoft Ticket#304957 for the utillity.
