Resolved Plesk Antivirus

Sally1

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

i saw in the following article, that Plesk Premium AV is free till 14 mailboxes.

Premium Antivirus free usage limitation

I installed Plesk Premium AV and checked under Components, but cannt find the service.

When i check under Server Wide Mail Settings - Used Antivirus is none.

When issue the following command i get this output:

# /etc/init.d/psa start
Starting sw_engine service... already started
Starting sw_cp_server service... already started
Starting mysql service... already started
Starting named service... already started
Starting mailer service... already started
Starting spamfilter service... already started
Starting tomcat service... not installed
Starting apache service... already started
Starting xinetd service... already started

Is Plesk Premium AV not anymore free with onyx, or i do i need tomcat service to use it? Or is there an other alternative?

Thx
Sally

Under Server Components you can find it as drweb.
In CLI you can use

# service drwebd restart

for restarting this service.

Hello IgorG,

i checked under server components, but there i couldn't find it. When issuing the command i get the following result:

Try to reinstall this component with

# plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component drweb
# plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component drweb

and then check status of service with

# service drwebd status
Dr.Web drwebd is running

Hello IgorG,

Ok, replacing the first command works. Issuing the second and third command for install give me this out?
