Issue Plesk Backup Manager/problem

Hello folks!

I have a problem with backup manager.
I have my own server with several domains on it.
I want to do backup of all domains. When i want to try to do backup I get error notifications like this:
Warning: Unable to display the list of backups from the FTP Storage: Unable to connect to the remote server.
Unable to access to the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (7) Couldn't connect to server: Last FTP request: Last FTP response:
Make sure you have entered the correct storage settings

I am newbie in this and I had no idea what gone wrong. Everything was working fine.

Hi opuzenac,

issues/errors/problems like:

unable to list directory

... point to permission issues. Pls. have a look at for example:

=> Personal FTP repository: 'Curl error: Access denied to remote resource'​
