Issue Plesk Email Security - customer access denied

Hi,
I've got an issue with 1(!) subscription. Customer login only, admin user works fine here.
Customer user has the Owner role, has all permissions checked. Subscription has almost all permission too.

There is a "Settings" link near the account, on the email account lists. It points to Plesk Email Security settings for that account.
When Customer clicks (or me "Logged as Customer"), there is a neverending loader icon and the message:
You do not have sufficient permissions to create and manage websites.

And there is an error in request answer (devtools):

I've tried many things, new Owner user, new user with another role (all permissions), switch the subscription Customer to another. No results.

Other domains on that server has no issue.

Any ideas?

Hi, Maciej. I can't seem to be able to replicate the reported behavior on a test environment. I have a few additional questions so I can better understand the case:

1. The subscriber of the subscription in question is set to the Customer you are having troubles with?
2. Do I correctly understand that you have other subscriptions where the issue does not persist?

From what I understand if you change the user the issue still persists. Could you please create a test subscription and assign the problematic user to it? I want to confirm whether the issue is tied to the user or the subscription itself.

1. Correct. The subscriber is the Customer. This is my standard setup - many domains on that server.
2. Correct. There is no issue with other subscriptions.

Yes, if I change the subscriber, the issue still exists.

20 minutes later...

The Customer affected by this issue has two subscriptions.
In this case, I have just figured out that I need to select the managed subscription from the top bar for Plesk Email Security to work properly.

This sounds like an issue/bug, since everything else works perfectly with "All Subscriptions" option selected.
