Issue Plesk login page is not loading

Hi,
I am unable to get the home page either by using public IP address or by using hostname. I am getting following error on chrome browser:

Your connection is not private​

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

And following on firefox:
Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.

Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_SELF_SIGNED_CERT

'www' prefix is added on firefox browser when using IP address

Can someone help me resolve this please.

Tried that as well with correct IP. https://x.x.x.x:8443 and getting following

The connection has timed out

An error occurred during a connection to x.x.x.x:8443.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web
 
Is port 8443 open in your local firewall (router) and is it also open at your data center where the server with Plesk is hosted?
 
yes it is, and it was working before.
All problems started after the server had a space issue and someone tried to do plesk repair (I think nothing more was done on it)
 
Are sw-engine and sw-cp-server both running? Maybe an important message was missed from the repair routine saying something about an issue that needs to be fixed? What was the reason to run a repair in the first place?
 
Just tried that, but still same problem. I can see some warnings during the execution. Please see the details of the run :

The repair task was successful apart from the warning.
I went through the notes of https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377717512983 and fixed the db issues as well. Latest of repair details are as following:-
