Plesk Manager fail after update

I depend upon this extension and the quick and easy remote access it provides. Nothing I have tried has solved this.
Uninstall the extension on the server.
uninstall the app from my iPhone
reinstall it
restart the server
nothing changes.
Can ayone tell me how to fix it?

As error message is saying you have a problem with your network connection. For example try to open https://<your-ip>:8443 using browser.

I did that... also on my iPhone. I was able to login. There was a warning that the server identity could not be verified but that is not new. I just opted to continue, ignoring the warning. The security certificate expired a few years ago and I don't care. The app has been working fine until several weeks ago.

Please try to remove and add the server once again at iPhone app.
