I have not tried yet. I have multiple domain hosted on the server. Does plesk Migrator Support Obsidian 18.0.43 and Linux 18.04 OS ?Have you tried to perform the migration with Plesk Migrator?

If Plesk supports Ubuntu 18.04 and the latest version of Plesk Obsidian is 18.0.44, that means that Plesk Migrator supports this too (according to the link above to Plesk Migration documentation, migration from the old Plesk versions is supported).
