Plesk not accessable

After updating my Plesk to 10.4.4 the Plesk Web-Page is not accessable. My other apache pages are well working. Tried to start it over ssh with from /etc/init.d/psa start but always it fails. Tried to reinstall plesk with autoinstaller but this didn´t solve the problem.

My web-pages are working well but the plesk-page not. Waht can i do to solve this problem?

Restart BIND

Try to restart your BIND service by.

Code:
service named restart  or  /etc/init.d/named restart
All your domains are changed at the last upgrade, you need to reboot the named service.

Also could you reboot the sw-cp-server at latest option.

service sw-cp-server restart  or  /etc/init.d/sw-cp-server restart

Command to totally reboot your system:

reboot or shutdown -r now

I didn´t have named in etc/init.d . My system is Debian 5. Started bind with ./etc/init.d/bind9 start but psa won´t start
 
To repair your installation, get bootstrapper.

Code:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.13.4-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh --repair

Already tried this, but at the end i got the message that psa start is failed.
 
What sort of errors you have in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log ?

Why i should configure the Fireall if she isn´t active?
Is there a way to make a new install without the autoinstaller, because he do not solve the problem?

Tried step 1 for Linux and nothing changed, psa won´t start.

Watched again the error_log file and nothing changed since last poste, looks like that psa did not write anymore ito the log.

Upgrade to 10.4.4

Hi,
this morning I have initiated upgrade from 10.3 to 10.4.4.
Unfortunately, I have received lot's of errors and Plesk Panel become inaccessible with following errors:

ERROR: Service_Agent_Exception

Restarting didn't work, but, after:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.13.4-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

everything back to normal, panel is accessible and working fine...Will check deeper, but, hope that this quick fix will help someone...

Just to mention, last few lines I have received after bootstrapper repair was:
Stopping psa...done
Starting psa...failed
Starting xinetd service...done
Starting bind9 service...done
Starting mysql service...done
Starting postgresql service...not installed
Starting psa-spamassassin service...done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... already started
Starting psa...failed
Starting drwebd service...not installed

psa failed? but working :)

That are the last lines from output afert starting bootstrapper.sh repair

The result is, apache s off, after restarting psa page won´t work
 
New update:

Hosting service working without any problems (as far as I'm informed) but:

When I log into PLESK and try "Updates and Upgrades" the following message appears:

"Parallels Products Installer
Error: Unable to start Parallels Products Installer. The following error has occurred: Error running autoinstaller: You specified an unknown option."


And in error log I have:

2011-11-26T10:44:24+01:00 ERR (3): Unable to start Parallels Products Installer. The following error has occurred: Error running autoinstaller: You specified an unknown option.

/opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller: unrecognized option '--branch'
ERROR: You specified an unknown option.


If I try manually:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components

after 100 - 150 lines I'm getting:

DB file already exists. Let's check for upgrade
Restarting SWsoft control panels server...failed
Failed. Can not restart web server.
dpkg: error processing sw-sso (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
configured to not write apport reports
Errors were encountered while processing:
sw-sso
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Synchronizing the Debian APT package index files...

ERROR: An error occurred on attempt to install packages.

Any ideas?
 
Another update:

After deleting /var/lib/sso/sso.db I have restarted server, then updated manually plesk with:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components

and everything working great...No errors, update form plesk working fine...
 
After that same error:

Made but apt-get says that sw-sso is the newest version.
Is there a way to go back to plesk 10.1 or some version between 10 and 10.4.4?

Plesk downgrade is impossible. Did you try to remove sso package and install it back with autoinstaller?
 
Now deleted sw-sso via apt-get aund made upgrade with autoinstaller but the problem is the same. What is very important, i didn´t get anny error in logs. Do you know where the errors are stored?
