my dns are correctly configured the same ip, CNAME, TXT etc..

Check name resolving globally and locally
nslookup <domain_name> 8.8.8.8
nslookup <domain_name> localhost
If it can be resolved locally, then its ok on Plesk side. If it cannot be resolved globally, make sure that Plesk is configured as responsible name server on registrar side.

For sending mail, any errors in maillog?
