• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Plesk Premium Antivirus update fails

@AYamshanov

Could you be so kind as to develop a simple "button" in Tools & Settings > Server-wide mail settings that allows to activate drWeb (or other antivirus) for ALL mailboxes present on the server?

After all, at this moment, drWeb is not activated by default for a newly created mailbox .........

.......... and when reinstalling (or changing) antivirus, drWeb (or other antivirus) are not activated on already existing mailboxes.

This is not a bug, but a desirable feature!

Kind regards.....

@trialotto, thanks for your feedback. I have shared it with the person in charge. The idea is to create a request on the UserVoice is also good because will help us to set correct priority.

To be honest, the UserVoice request might be a good idea, but one of the previous suggestions - secure MySQL connections - took a very long time, even though it was requested by many other users.

In addition, some suggestions I prefer to associate with the issue or bug that is reported - this is for the sake of convenience and reference.

Kind regards......
