Plesk Premium Outbound Antivirus not Installed??

tom.af4hl

New Pleskian
I purchased OA a few days ago and can't get it to install.

I am running Plesk 11.0.9 with the latest MU installed on Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS.

Under Add Product Components Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam extension shows as installed
installed.jpg

Under Additional License Keys it shows the key as
APS.02369306.0003 parallels-premium-outbound-antispam-unix Parallels Premium Outbound Antispam for Unix/Linux
1 Additional keys total, 0 keys used

When I try Updating Additional Key I get
Status of additional key update
Product "parallels-premium-outbound-antispam-unix" not installed

The service is not there, and the link doesn't show on the Tools and Utilities page

A quick check of my Marketplace Account shows the product installed and the service running

I tried to uninstall the product and got the following
# rpm -e commtouch --force-debian
error: package commtouch is not installed

# /etc/init.d/ctasd_initd status
* Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam is not running

I know I'm missing something but I just can't see it. I can't uninstall it on the panel's Add Product Components page. Any ideas?

Check this article http://kb.parallels.com/115257
You can uninstall it with removing corresponding deb package with dpkg (not rpm) Ubuntu package manager.

Igor, thanks for your reply - I still get the same thing

Correct key (per http://kb.parallels.com/115217 and http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=262998m)
# cat /etc/ctasd/ctasd-out.conf |grep License_key_code
License_key_code = 0001Q020V0412Z041H06:1BEFAFA45E229xxxxxx

Service is running
# /etc/init.d/ctasd_initd status
* Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam is running

Shows as installed in Components Management - commtouch 2.0.15-ubuntu10.04.build110120905.17

Does not show link on Tools & Settings page, and does not show at all on Services management page.

Any other ideas?

Also, I did everything in http://kb.parallels.com/115257. Debug log looks normal:

22-05-2013 12:17:01: Log parsing started
22-05-2013 12:17:01: Last Epoch: 1369235981
22-05-2013 12:17:01: Processing maillog.processed
22-05-2013 12:17:03: Processing maillog
22-05-2013 12:17:03: Aggregating daily statistics
22-05-2013 12:17:03: Aggregating file /var/log/ctchob/2013/h2013052211

Per 115257, all logs are empty (after 6 hours) - I expected that seeing as I can't get to the configuration page in the panel. I guess I could enter the settings directly into ctasd-out.conf.

Outboard Antispam is supposed to show up in the panel as a link and a running service, right? Help???
