PMM does not detects plesk installation on source server

I am moving half of server sites to an other plesk server.

Source:
-------
Windows 2003 Standard, service pack-1
pmm_agent_build060809.17.msi

Destination
-----------
Windows 2003 Standard, service pack-1
pmm76_build060809.17.msi

Problem
-------
PMM does not detects plesk installtion on source server, instead it detects IIS6. So there is no way to shift plesk users from one plesk server to other?

Any work around suggestions are appreciated.

Hello,

What version of Plesk do you wish to migrate from? You could use Plesk Backup/Restore utilities to migrate your accounts from Plesk for Windows 7.6 server to another one. Now PMM supports migration from Plesk for Windows 7.5-8.1 only to Plesk for Windows 8.1 (build http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.1/Windows/PMM/070117.15/pmm81_build070117.15.msi ).

These are copied and pasted from plesk > server > statistics section of both servers.

Hello,
I recommend you to use Plesk Backup/Restore utilities. Backup your sites on the source server, then restore backup file on the destination server selecting desired restore type (by clients or by domains).

Well, here are the problems that i have faced with store/ replace.

* specific file permissions are not restored.
* emails are not restored.
