Post / Submit not working on sites

I have about 40 sites on my VPS.

A few days ago I noticed that when I was editing some WordPress posts the edits were not being saved. I then noticed that my Classified Ads sites were not saving classifieds posts. I would create an ad then click the submit button and nothing was getting saved to the database.

I have contacted my VPS host and it has been days and I still can't get any of my sites functioning properly.

I decided to do a fresh install of one of my classifieds scripts today and made a post and it did not get written to the database.

Does anyone have any ideas would could be affecting posting or submitting to the database?
