I added to our bug/feature management software.

What I like it to resolve in a way to add an alias domain to other domain like:
www.domain.com and this resolve www.domain.info, www.domain.biz etc.

In Apache is easy to do this, but where we are stucked if what if DNS resolved by the same server, how to add to DNS as well.

Also for example if DNS changing, is hard to update for all the nameserver, need to go to each one and done it. I wish this to automate.

Regarding client change, is done by 4PSA as I know, but we will think on this.

mysql: not found
Setting file permissions.

Power Toys 3.3 was sucesfully installed. You will see it in PLESK Admin Panel, next time you log in.

I get this error on two different servers. On Red Hat 9 it works fine!

This worked for me on FreeBSD.

Find:
mysql -u admin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` < $install_location/install.sql

Change to: /usr/local/psa/mysql/bin/mysql/mysql -u admin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` < $install_location/install.sql

i was happy with my Power Toys 2.0 version on Plesk 7.0.4 and i only use password reveal function.

How can i use 2.0 on 7.5 reloaded? actually i have a error message :

Database Error: Polling database logins

Is not compatible with 7.5 database.
You will need to upgrade if you wanna use it.
Password revealer is more advanced now.
Can send mails to admin or user with details.

i know new functions but there's no way to use previous version of powertoys on 7.5 just for password revealer?

I would like to thank you for your great work i just don't understand why the installer of new version has criyted code.

is not crypted, is encoded the files with uuencode for faster installing.
So don't worry, if you wanna see is in psapt3 directory after you install.

old PSA PT will not work with PSA7.1.x or hogher cause is a lot of DB changes.

There is 2 way.
One from PLESK 7.5.x in Modules, Add New Module and select SH file and second as root in SSH.

well, i did that, but it was not done lately i figured out that i have to sign out and in again to make it work...

i have two problems with this great tool:

- in password revealer i don't have mysql user and password.

- mail to user do not works

Fixed bug in Password Revealer, not show MySQL details.
Mail sending was not worked in some situation.
Added SubDomain FTP details to password revealer.

You think is it possible in next release to have in "Password Revealer" Plesk Client's username and password too?

With this last feature we could use power toys to send account activation e.mail to new clients with one click!

Powertoys 3.4 reveals encrypted passwords

Hi,

I Installed Plesk Power Toys 3.4 and it looks good.
When I reveal passwords some passwords of domains are being viewed in the encrypted way, so I can't send this to the client.

Other domains are being displayed in the normal way.
Is there a workaround to get rid of the encrypted and show them readable?

I downloaded Valics version 3.1 of Power Tools, but still the same.

I looked into the PSA-database and saw that the encrypted passwords had the "crypt" option on and the normal passwords had "plain" on.
These domains were migrated from Ensim to Plesk so thats why they differ from the rest..

Is there a way to decrypt these passwords?
