  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

But my Plesk Onix is already updated and the link to file pmm-ras is broked.

I have the exact same problem. We are running Plesk Onyx v17.0.17_build1700161028.14 os_CentOS 6 (6.8).
The backup file is 25.7 GB and we got These error!

Unable to import file as dump: pmm-ras failed (Error code = 1): STDOUT: Transport error: 0 byes were read but 18446744052211620616 expected STDERR:

As possible workaround, you can download the archive from FTP and untar it to DUMP_D
Also as far as I know this issue was completely fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.5.
