On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
In fact, it is very unproductive to come and say simply "it doesn't work for me! Help!" and not provide any details.
Have you tried investigating the cause with a Plesk maillog, at least? Are there any suspicious entries related to the problem? Do you have something that would help the community to help with your problem more effectively?
If DNS servers are recently modified, wait for 24 to 48 hours for the change to get reflected.
