Problem with subscripcion suspended

Dear friends, I have suspended a subscription overuse of resources, I try to enter the domain file manager plesk suspended but not allow me access, I'm accessing the Plesk as administrator.

In plesk 9.4 is possible to see all the information of the user, plesk 10 will not let me, let me know if it is normal or I have a problem.

I really hate this plesk 10.

You would need to first activate the subscription before accessing that information.
