qmail sending scam and spam mail ...

someone is sending mail on behalf of our server. qmail's blacklist setting ar epretty limited. What are the best options to stop this behaviour ? Thanks in advance.

This is is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks Abdi. Do you know how I can change our outgoing qmail's IP ? Our current IP has been blacklisted to far too many servers.
