question about installation and porting

I sent an email to the sales dept a couple of months ago and it was never answered. I have been a customer with a lease on sitebuilder for about 3 years. I currently have a 4.1 installation. I wanted to know what it would cost to have them install the new sitebuilder on a different server and port the existing accounts about 38 from the old sitebuilder/server to the new one if possible.

Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder support service options could be found here: http://www.parallels.com/store/support/sitebuilder/linux/. As there is no built-in migration manager in Sitebuilder it will require to:

- upgrade it on existing server up to latest version
- prepare backup
- install latest version on new server
- migrate and restore backup on new server
