  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Repair Kit - Server Error 401 Authorization Required

squaladesign

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 10
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version 18.0.54 Update #3
Hi, I have a Plesk error and the page has a button to click that goes to Repair Kit.
However, I don't think I can use it because it says that the username and password are not an admin, but of course, I'm an admin. I'm using the root password given by Plesk when i installed it.

This dialog box does not look like it is coming from Plesk.

Did you recently install a software on the operating system level? It may have broken components.

I suggest contacting Plesk support, allowing them to access your server through SSH so that they can check it and likely fix it directly on your server:
To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Sorry for the late reply Peter, No I didn't install anything.
Plesk was installed by OVH when they gave me the VPS I purchased.
I just received a root access and I'm using that to access Plesk.
OVH doesn't give me any support :(
I have no idea what to do.
