You shouldn't run this patch directly! You should replace file /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics_collector and run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics as previously or wait cron daily running.

I did replace the file. Sorry for calling it "running the patch". The main problem on my server was, that there where a lot of processes with statistics_collector still running. After a reboot (or killing that processes), the daily cronjob worked fine and created the statistics. The patch worked for me.

Is the problem with the backup also fixed with that patch?

I have replaced the file and excecuted the calculate one command.

After 30 minutes no visual result.
After 60 minutes i canceled the command. Nothing happend.

I used a domain with almost no action so this should not taken so long.

This is not working

Parallels Plesk Panel v10.4.4_build1013111102.18 os_CentOS 5

Ok. Thank you for reporting. Developers will check it and provide solution soon.

Works like a charm (dist-deb-Debian-5.0-x86_64).
Thanks : my webstats are now up to date (and I no longer have tons of stats processes "running")

Nevertheless:
- my PLESK admin panel won't update domain statistics (URL/admin/domain/list?context=domains). For example, newly-created domains (2 days ago) are still displaying 0 for traffic and space disk usage.
- healthmonitor still displays 0 values for everything.

Is this linked to this issue ?
Do you also have these problems ?

Don't work. Same as before on Debian 6.

After replace I restarted sw-collectd of course - I must restart the hole server?

I confirm also these affirmations:

patch only fix webstat/awstat statistics but quota information (disk space, traffic, etc.) aren't updated !

After 10 Minutes : --calculate-all

MySQL query failed: Unknown column '2228type' in 'field list'
Finally, i have also this output on 3 servers:
MySQL query failed: Unknown column '2260type' in 'field list'
MySQL query failed: Unknown column '46051type' in 'field list'
MySQL query failed: Unknown column '2260type' in 'field list'

Yes, it may be related to killing duplicated and hanged statistics processes after server reboot...

Patch applied on Plesk 10.4.4 CentOS 6 x64, server rebooted but usage statistics not working.
Please help!

Confirm - stats are running after complete reboot.
It's only awstats/webstat that are updated, all quota informations (disk space, traffic, etc.) are never updated !!!
This issue is urgent as I already said because I can't re-enable domains previsouly disabled for quota exceedance ...

It's really a headache and I think that module statistics is completely lost.
Let's imagine a domain called "domain.com" for "dupont" user.

/opt/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all
Result: No update and I have sometimes this output
MySQL query failed: Unknown column '2260type' in 'field list'

/opt/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com
Result: Quota are updated and I have this output:
statistics_collector: other-user: cannot find domain for user
You can remark that "other-user" has no connection with the domain calculated of this user "dupont".

Then i update a big file on domain.com FTP (15 MB) and I launch again:
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com
Result: No update.

Hello IgorG,

Yesterday i told you that the fix didn't work.
I figured out why.
I extracted the wrong version. I replaced it with the correct version and now the stats are working!!!

Only the Log rotation is stil not working but i will enter that in the appropriate discussion.

Are you sure that your quota information are well updated (disk space, traffic, etc.) ?
It's not the case for me. Otherwise, Awstats/Webstats are well updated.
