  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hello All,
i have a plesk server (ubuntu18.4) multiple-IP
To retrieve a license key from another ip, not from the default IP address.

Plesk support wrote :
The issue is caused by the fact that system uses different source IP addresses to connect to Key Administrator server.
All three IP addresses belong to one common subnet and operating system uses different source IPs to connect to the Key Administrator server.

To fix the issue, please configure the system to use xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx as source IP address to connect to the Key Administrator server at the following destination IPs:

  • 195.214.233.80
  • 195.214.233.81
  • 195.214.233.82

This is administrative task and should be performed on your side.
