• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
    We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
    If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
    MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Server operating system version
debian 12
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.66 Update #2 Web Host Edition
Hi

I have a domain that i am making incremental backups with 1 week full backups. The size of the backup is 20G.
Backup folder is a remote ftp.
When i try to restore some files from the backup. In the web page i am just getting that restoration process failed and log file is blank.
From terminal in the log file pmmcli.log i am seeing the following

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" ?><response>
    <errcode>199</errcode>
    <errmsg>Unable to import file as dump: Unable to run '/opt/psa/admin/bin/pmm-ras': 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc7 in position 121: invalid continuation byte</errmsg>
</response>

Thanks in advanced

Hello, @gpetrom I dug around for the error you are encountering, unfortunately, I was unable to find any relevant information. I would suggest opening a ticket with Plesk support for an investigation of the issue on your server. To sign-in to support and open a ticket go to:

https://support.plesk.com

If you got your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk:
