Restore MailEnable accounts

Dear Support,

Could you help me, with next error:

C:\Windows>"%plesk_bin%\mchk.exe" --all --fix=all
Data error (cyclic redundancy check). (Error code 23) at BCryptDecrypt()

I restore all mail accounts from backup and use this command:
"%plesk_bin%\mchk.exe" --all --fix=all

How can I fix this?

issue is with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\sym_key" is either deleted or has been modified. http://kb.parallels.com/116758 fixed my issue.
