Resync the IIS anonymous username and password on my Plesk server (windows)

sonics

Regular Pleskian
Hello all

each time i migrate a Domain from a plesk 9.5.5 Windows Hosting Server towards the new plesk 11.5 Server the customers iusr Password does not match the Systems iusr Password.
so after each Migration the Website is requesting a username and Password.

1. how to solve that for the whole Installation?

2. at plesk 7.5 and later there was a Workaround which is not anymore supported:

websrvmng.exe –update-anon-password –domain-name=yourdomain.com

best regards chris

Have you tried the reconfigurator option to check the permissions. In plesk reconfigurator there is option check plesk installation, try run that it will fix the security and permission issues.

hello inderS

thanks for your responce but we only would like to check one Domain and not like with the reconfigurator all Domains.
the Problem still exists if we migrate 1 or 2 Domains towards the new Server allways a username/Password is required to see the moved page.
if we set manually a Password for that IUSR at the Windows System and than the same at the IIS it works put that can not be the solution if tranfering over 100 Domains?

is there any solution out there for that?
