Question Roundcube doesn't work

Hi,

I'm on Linux CentOS 7 with Plesk Onyx and I have a problem with roundcube, I can't display the page http://webmail.my-website.com/roundcube/[email protected]

I can display correctly the page http://webmail.my-website.com/ but not the roundcube page.

I selected "roundcube (1.2.7)" into Mail => Web Messagerie

I try horde but I have also the same problem.

I found: I had a DNS configuration problem, now I have access to roundcube but I can't send an email through roundcube, I have this error message: SMTP Error (250): Authentication failed

How to fix the problem?

Before:
$config['smtp_server'] = 'mail.example.com';

After:
$config['smtp_server'] = 'tls://mail.example.com';

But into my /usr/share/psa-roundcube/config/defaults.inc.php file I find: $config['smtp_server'] = 'localhost';

Should i change this variable by: $config['smtp_server'] = 'tls://localhost';

What is the right port number of config['smtp_port']: 587 or 25?

An other question, with Let's encrypt I added a ssl certificate for my domain but it does not display correctly, how to fix the problem?
