  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Roundcubemail table not backed up?

Xav2c

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

Just to say that i have migrated a production environment (ppp11.5 to ppp11.5) using backup (not the migration assistant), and the roundcube users, and contacts where not transferred.
I have no time right now to try to reproduce the issue, but if it can help the devs improving... well, you're welcome

Cheers

Ok, sorry for missing that, is this feature coming sometimes? or is it purposely omitted?

Yeah, since this morning i am dealing with explaining my customers that: "no there is no backup", and "no i did not see it coming", and "yes i am very sorry but they will have to enter again all their custom information"...
I know, and assume that this is 100% my fault, and in the meantime to prevent another issue i set up an automatic export of the roundcubemail table to a directory that is included in plesk's automatic ftp backup, just in case i forget, and to face possible disaster recovery.

But still, i indeed hope this is a feature the devs will add sooner or later
