  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Service Plan eternal synchronization

Pere DavidP

New Pleskian
I created one service plan and two complements. I assigned the service plans to te subscribers and then I wanted to change the configuration of my service plan.

When I accept the changes, Plesk shows "Syncronizing..." near the service plans, but it never ends, so I can change anything from these plans.

Wat's going wrong?

Hi Abdi Joseph.

Thank you for your answer.

One of my subscriptions were locked. I have unlocked it, but the service plans are still syncronizing.

http://kb.parallels.com/en/3965

If the parent service plan has composite resources (both TBA and old), synchronization may take several hours to finish (see approximate completion times in the table below).

Number of Subscriptions Approximate Time (Hrs)
500 0.3
17000 3 - 3.5

Note: After the synchronization is finished, check several subscriptions to see whether it succeeded:
1. In subscription properties: click Synchronize; the message All subscription resources are in sync with plan signifies success.
2. In BM.log: search for UpgradeToCurrentPlanVersion method invocation and check its result below.

Thank you for your answer.

I have only 52 subscriptions and I have been waiting for three days. I have also restart the server once and the plans are still syncronizing.

I tried to reproduce this but have failed..May I request you to look at the plesk logs if there any warnings that could give you a clue if there any problems in the background you are not aware of ..

The log is at

Error log

Code:
tail -f /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log

Panel log
