Since last plesk update on thursday, It doesn't backup well

I have this error from the last backup attempt :

Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Timeout was reached

Plesk version: 12.5.30 update 32 (On Linux CentOs7)

I tried to connect to my FTP server and all is correct............ Only I have problem with Plesk backup...

Thanks,but I found the source OF the error, my ISP blocked the port 21 in my Network, It is solved.You can close the thread.
