Sitebuilder User does not exist

dim_s@

Basic Pleskian
Hi, I have a problem with one of my site, if I would like to enable Sitebuilder for user I get following error

"Cannot publish site with Sitebuilder: Sitebuilder User does not exist."

This article http://kb.odin.com/en/6239 doesn't help me

I have two servers, first server is Plesk 9.2, and second server is Sitebuilder 4.5

Maybe this error I have because I setup site in sitebuilder first, and than I setup it in Plesk.
I can publish site from sitebuilder, but I can't edit site from Plesk panel because can't activate sitebuilder option :)

You get such message because client-owner of the domain has no user in sitebuilder. When you enable Create Sitebuilder User option in Sitebuilder support section this user will be created on SB side. And as you have described this user was created on SB with other ID previously than Plesk was installed.

thanks for replay

Is it possible to change this user ID in Plesk or SB ??
Maybe I should change something in DB?
