Smarter Mail Integration

I'm attempting to get Plesk 9.3 to switch to SmarterMail, however it's providing me with the following error message:

Error: Set component parameters failed: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value.


I have every field filled out and have verified username, port and password 20 times now.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, Parallels Panel 9.3 still does not support SmarterMail 6.

Please check corresponding Release Notes for compatibility before using 3rd party software.
