SmarterMail /-Stats installation ?

Hi, we just purchased plesk for windows 7.5.5 and now want to install the free smartertools-package, but we cannot find any install-files. we neither find any key for activating the downloadable files from smartertools.com.
how do we get the tools working ? we want to migrate from our old smartermails version 1.63 to the newest version.

You can download free edition of SmarterMAil from their site
http://www.smartertools.com/
In order to integrate it in Plesk you need to purchase addons:
http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/plesk75win/addons/
If you are upgrading from Plesk 7.0.x and above and you have SmarterMail addon feature on key, you can use key for your new server (of corse for one of them only)

Setup instructions:
Install SmarterMail, restart Plesk in order it detects new package

Of corse you can install it without purchasing addon, but you will not be able to manage it throuh Plesk

Hi John,

i already purchased the Plesk for Windows which includes the 50-Domains Licence for SmarterMail. I just don't know how to activate the Licence in order to use up do 50 unique Domains. The Software from smartertools.com includes only a free licence for 1 Domain.
I want to get to know now, how I could activate the plesk-built-in licence for the smartertools-product ?

Plesk recognizes the Smarter-Tools Software already and manages the emails too.

Plesk addon gives you ability to manage 50 domains free, it does not include license for SmarterMAil software. License you have to purchase from SmarterMail separately

To use SmarterMail or SmarterStats you are not need any addons. It integrates into Plesk without any problems. SWsoft also resells SmarterStats and SmarterMail software.

Indeed it does. but up to 50 domains, but if you want more than 50 you need to purchase addon, and also you need to purchase license for SmarterMail

I'm using license for 250 domains without any addons. SmarterMail and SmarterStats are supported by Plesk itself without any addons.

Hi John,

i just contacted swsoft in germany and they told me that i can get keys for the 50-domains / 5 agents restricted version for free. thats included in my purchase. they need to have them generated in the usa-office, i'll get the keys tomorrow. so i understood the shop-information correctly.

thanx for your help anyway. this keeps forums like this running.
