Issue SMTP Error (550)

Hello,

I use plesk as a send server for some domains. When I send e-mails to external e-mail addresses whose reception account is external to Plesk but the domain is registered on plesk to send mail, I find this error :

SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient "[email protected]" (5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table).

Can you help me ?
