Issue Subscription backups doesn´t work

Hi,

since last update of Plesk Version 17.8.11 Update #53 the bakcups of subscripton doesn´t work, neither programmed nor manually launched.

If I access via SSH to server I can see many proccess of the backup jobs running since many hours ago, I have to kill them to can folllo working.



Please, I need help because I need to migrate subscriptio to another Plesk server.

The migration tool doesnt work either.

well i would suggest that you first update your system to the current version 17.8.11 Update #85 Even if you are migrating subscriptions from one server to another it is recommended to have the latest version.
