Template creation help

Hi all,

I just got SiteBuilder installed on my server. Don't really like the stock templates - too futzy.

I'd like to create a simple template where I'd be able to create a banner and color combo for each client and set that template up for their use.

I'd like to get some help creating a simple template and learning to upload it to my server. Does anybody here do that sort of thing? I don't have time to learn this the old fashioned way....
