Unable to backup content of mailbox

Since yesterday we get some warnings in the Auto Backup notification email:

Unable to backup content of mailbox Mailboxname

Until yesterday everything works fine and we didn't change any configurations.

Few days ago i can backup all things via plesk backup panel but now i cant backup mail contents. and in privatetemp bacup logs there is an error like this: Provider 'MailEnable' is not available. Cannot backup messages. Why this error may have occurred? is your error like this?
