Unable to backup to Personal FTP Repository

Still (after updating to 11.5.30 Update #23) i cannot backup to Personal FTP Repository.

My backup shows it has been working until for about 3 weeks ago.

When I try to edit my Repository settings (in backup manager) I get this error:

Error: FTP connection failed, please check your FTP settings.
Repository error: Transport error: unable to create directory: Curl error: Access denied to remote resource

I'm not using / in directory, so this solution doesn't work for me.
