Tried upgrading from 9.5.4, here is all the output, any ideas?

Did you try to find more useful details in /tmp/autoinstaller3.log ?

Yeah, it is a 5 Megabyte file.

You can delete it and re-run autoinstaller again. New log file with actual information will be created.
