Hi Pleskians!

I recently ordered a Reseller hosting for some of my clients.
I have created a domain and a email address, but whenever I try to send an email, I get the following error message:

SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient "[email protected]" (5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table).

If u need more info, please advice.

There are several articles about this problem in the Plesk knowledge base. Try to search there for a phrase "Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table" and apply a suitable solution. I hope it will help.
