Issue Webalizer Stats updating stats, but not graph associated with monthly traffic

Should the main graph not also show the correct bars fro June, July and August? Why are these missing?
Recalculating as described in https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...tistics-Webalizer-does-not-show-relevant-data did not fix it.

Hi, Peter. If you have another statistics tool could you please temporarily switch to it and then switch back to Webalizer?

That will erase the existing data as far as I remember. I doubt that the customer will accept that. Or will we be able to rebuild the Webalizer chart again afterwards with all the "old" data?

Changing the tool should not erase the existing statistics data or web logs. It looks like the stats are there and only the graphics fail, so I wanted to confirm whether the issue is also present in another tool, but I understand if you customer won't accept that. Can you please review the files in /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/statistics/ and /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/webstat-ssl/ and confirm if you notice anything odd with the owners/pemissions?
