  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Webmail RC error 500

Xav2c

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I have done the migration from plesk 12.5 to ONYX latest, and i have a problem with roundcube, it hangs with "error 500" and the log is filled with these :

[10-Apr-2017 09:23:27 Europe/Berlin] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13411961 bytes) in /usr/share/psa-roundcube/program/include/rcmail_output_html.php on line 795

I found a temporary fix : change the memory_limit = 64M to someting greater like 256M in /etc/psa-webmail/roundcube/php.ini but at some point the file gets overwritten.

Any idea on how /where i can fix tis permanently?

Ubuntu 14.04
Plesk Version 17.5.3 Update #2

Thank you in advance

Try to increase this value in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini
