  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Why can I not see a backup file I uploaded to the server repository?

Why can I not see a backup file I uploaded to the server repository?

Plesk 9.5.4/centos 5.x

Brand new server (a)

I wanted to move a domain from one server (b) to server (a)

I logged in as admin and grabbed the backup file from server (b)

Logged in as admin on server (a), clicked on backup manager, upload files to server repository, waited until completed but do not see that backup file listed under server repository. I also created a client with the same data from server (b) on server (a) assuming maybe that had something to do with it. I clicked on clients, the client I created and it doesn't show in that repository either. Logging in as admin I would assume I would see all backup files that were uploaded but I don't.

If I try to re-upload the backup file I receive that the repository already exists.

What can I be missing here?
