What are you using for a secondary DNS server with Plesk 12.5 for Windows? What is the easiest solution?

We have an issue with Plesk 12.5.30 on Centos 6.5 When i try to open "tools / Backup administrator", this still loading... After a while , it displays a 501 error "Time Out". Please we need help to solve this issue. Thx!.
