Issue 502 Bad Gateway after update to Plesk 17.8.11

Hi,

After updating Plesk to 17.8.11 version, we have a "502 Bad Gateway" for Pleks Manager.

# service psa start

and verify that your installation file source is the official Plesk server and not a mirror?

https://<pleskmanager>:8447 => Nothing (not available)

Is there a solution with a command line under Centos?

I am not a good help in this case. As I understand it, when nothing else is configured, running plesk-installer from command line uses the original Plesk servers for the upgrade.

Upgrading Plesk for Linux Using Installer Console

I think that if by default different servers are set (for example by a pre-installation of the provider), it should be possible to run installer routines with an additional parameter like

"--source http://autoinstall.plesk.com"

to get the files from the default source. Not sure if this helps in this case, because it seems that there is at least the other conflict in packages, and I do not know how to solve that one.

I supose you allready tried this
# yum clean all
# yum update
before
# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components

are there hopefully more detailed messages in /var/log/plesk/install/autoinstaller3.log ?

you can try to run Plesk installer in debug mode with

# plesk installer --debug

to get more Information

If this will not help, I think it would be better to forward this issue to Plesk Support Team first for investigation directly on your server. How to get support directly from Plesk?
