Autoresponder sending duplicate e-mails

Hi,

We have a Plesk 8.3 Windows machine and we are experiencing some issues with the auto responder. Namely when it is responding it always sends two e-mails back. They are always identical and timestamped the same. I have checked the MailEnable logs and it is in fact sending 2 separate e-mails out on every auto responder request. This is a server wide issue.

Does anyone know of a possible fix or something I could try to resolve the problem? I have tried searching the KB and the forums to no avail. All I found were other threads experiencing the same problem with no responses or resolutions. Please post if you need more details and I will provide them.
